Hazelnut Yule log 2016

To celebrate the New Year, Cédric Grolet is unveiling his Hazelnut Yule Log, an original, indulgent creation inspired by his flagship product. He draws on the classic flavour of hazelnut to delight fans of gastronomic experiences and those yearning to relive childhood memories. Beneath a cloak of gold-brushed chocolate is the hidden treasure of rolled sponge with a meltingly soft caramel centre. The experience is heightened by the crunch of hazelnuts, which melt into feather-light hazelnut mousse. Wrapped up in an indulgent chocolate bow, this year’s Yule log feels like an incredibly light festive embrace.

For those who wish to serve the Hazelnut Yule Log at home or offer it to dinner guests, fifty of the exclusive desserts will be available to purchase from 7th until 25th December.

The Hazelnut Yule Log (130 Euro) serves 6-8 people and must be reserved and paid for in advance.
