45 Park Lane celebrates Awards Season

Dorchester Collection's contemporary London hotel, 45 Park Lane, will offer guests the chance to celebrate the 2017 Awards Season in true Hollywood style with an Awards Season Menu, an award-worthy cocktail LaLaLand89 and VIP accommodation experiences in February.

CUT at 45 Park Lane's founding chef, Wolfgang Puck, has created the menu for the star-studded Governors Ball during awards season for more than two decades. This year Puck has collaborated with executive chef David McIntyre to create a special Awards Season Menu for CUT at 45 Park Lane, featuring spotlight specialties previously served to Hollywood's elite at past awards galas including "smoked salmon awards", "Chinese chicken salad with crispy wontons", "chicken pot pie", and "black truffle risotto".

Guests can toast Awards Season at Bar 45 with "LaLaLand89" created by head bartender and star mixologist, Maurizio Palermo. So named to honour the 89th year of the Oscars - the cocktail is a blend of aged rum, red vermouth, Italian bitters and cherry liqueur, topped with an elderflower foam cloud and adorned with gold leaf. The Awards Season Menu and LaLaLand89 cocktail will be available throughout February 2017 at 45 Park Lane, and will be priced at 90 pounds and 17 pounds respectively.

Those wishing for a glamorous overnight Hollywood experience can book the ultimate Awards Season Experience, including a personalised, chocolate "Walk of Fame" welcome amenity, LaLaLand89 cocktails in BAR 45, dinner for two at CUT at 45 Park Lane where guests will sample the Awards Season Menu, an overnight stay in luxury accommodation on Awards night followed by an American-style breakfast the next morning. In 2016, the Walk of Fame Selection Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce awarded Wolfgang Puck a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2017 in the television category. Available through February, prices start from 761 pounds for two people.

The Awards Season Party Package - available on Sunday 26 February only - offers guests the chance to celebrate as part of a larger group, and includes a feast for friends serving up dishes from the Awards Season Menu, a private screening of the ceremony in the Library/Media Room and comprises overnight accommodation for ten guests. The experience is completed with an American breakfast the following day. Prices start from 5000 pounds for ten people.
