Sensational Easter menu

 

Following the grand reopening of Hotel Eden in April 2017, the hotel is delighted to welcome guests for a sensational Easter menu at Il Giardino Ristorante & Bar. Located on the top floor of the hotel with unparalleled views over the Eternal City, guests will enjoy a four course lunch menu created by award-winning chef Fabio Ciervo. The menu will include a choice of fillet of sea bass with artichokes and Franciacorta wine sauce or loin of lamb in a hazelnut crust with fondant potato. To finish, indulge with a dark chocolate egg with a tiramisu and Baileys cream centre and pistachio ice cream.

 

The Easter lunch menu is priced at 90 euro (approx. 77 pounds) not including drinks and is available on Sunday, April 16, 2017 only.
