The Acanto experience


Young and talented chef Alessandro Buffolino presents a brand new a la carte menu, and his very personal interpretation of the classic Italian dishes with a stunning presentation. High quality and traditional products are reinvented through new and experimental cooking methods. Local and seasonal products are used along with innovative techniques, in a perfect bond between tradition and modernity.


Acanto now offers two different menus for lunch and dinner: light and more simple dishes for lunch proposal, gourmet delicacies for dinner.

For the first time now guests can also create their own exclusive taste experience, picking them directly from the menu proposals.


To complement the exceptional culinary experience, the restaurant's refined decor features a show kithchen, Murano glass chandeliers and a beautiful light-washed veranda overlooking the hotel's Italian garden.


Acanto's cooking is rich, genuine and versatile, from business lunch to romantic dinner.


At lunch time, our kitchen is glad to present "The Chef's Palette": a meat-or fish-based first course, second course and side dish of your choice.


For dinner, our offer is even more refined and spectacular dishes to please taste and eyes, along with a tasting experience that every client will shape to their own wishes.
